A Residential Butler oversees the household staff usually of one residence. Understands such concepts as being anticipatory, friendly not familiar, privacy and confidentiality, maximum service with minimum intrusion.

He or she organizes the duties and schedule of domestic staff, is charged with keeping the household budgets and inventory supplies, schedules and oversees vendors of contracted services and family security measures.

Understands social etiquette and formal service. Assists with planning and organizing parties and events in the home. Knowledgeable about wines and spirits, oversees the wine cellar and liqueur inventory.

May also serve as personal valet to the household and/or gentleman of the house.

Conversational Mandarin

Take the first step towards learning Mandarin Chinese, one of the most commonly spoken language in the world. These four lessons teach you basic hospitality communications and introduce you to Mandarin tones. The lessons are followed up with a quiz to test how much you've learned.

CPR/First Aide

This 8 hour class is a basic training course in emergency care for infants, children and adults. There are also adult essential skills included which differ from the skills for infant and child care. Classes include AED training and First Aid requirements. Certifications is good for 2 years.
