Our Chief Facilitator Micklyn Lightbourne conducted Customer Service training for Frankie Gone Bananas on April 25th, 2018. There were more than forty employees in attendance, the session was interactive and engaging with focus on building lasting Customer Relationships in it's entity.
Supervisors and staff all participated in the training to ensure everyone was on one accord in executing the best service to their customers. We applaud the management of Frankie Gone Bananas for investing in it's employees .
