The Coterie of Caribbean Butlers would like to congratulate Rayjean Sweeting a recent participant in the partnership programme between Youthbuild Bahamas and The Coterie of Caribbean Butlers. Through the Coterie, Rayjean was afforded the opportunity to learn four disciplines including Food and Beverage front of the house serving protocols, Housekeeping, Guest Services and Butler Apprenticeship. Rayjean through her training was able to secure employment at Breezers Resorts as a room attendant.
