REFRESHER COURSES

 

This course is designed for past students who wish to sharpen their skills as well as persons employed as Butlers but may not have the certification to validate their skills.

 

For Resort Butlers great emphesis is focused on  anticipating the guest needs, personalized service and addressing customer complaints.

 

The Residential Butler refresher course addresses the latest trends in wardrobe care, event planning and social etiquette. 

 

Successful candidates are included in our Butler  Association Register.
